Dog loyalty
This is a story of a dog whose master was killed by a drunk driver. Five months after the death of his master, Scot, the dog, still waits for him in the country road waiting for his master to come home.
This is similar to my pet dog, trixie. Every morning, she patiently waits for me to come down from my room. As soon as she sees me coming down, she wags her tail and can't wait for me to finish my morning rituals then I lift her up and we sit together on the couch. I give her so much attention and she likes it a lot. When I left for NZ, my mom was telling me trixie still waits for me every morning. She keeps on looking by the stairs waiting for me to come down. My mom would even tell her that I am not coming down. That I am no longer around. I wonder if ever she understood what my mom was telling her.
